My Story

Writing isn’t just my profession; it’s my lifelong passion. With a career that started in the buzz of a newsroom and evolved into B2B content strategy, I bring a writer’s soul to every projectensuring each word is chosen for impact, clarity, and purpose.

Hi, I’m Lindsey 👋

Reader. Dreamer. Storyteller.

From the eight-year-old daydreamer with a penchant for writing Garfield fan fiction to the nonfiction and business writer I am today, I’ve had a 40-plus year (and counting) love affair with the written word.

That desire to share stories, explore new ideas, and learn new things led me to journalism school in 2000. And although my days at the city news desk were fleeting, my career as a wordsmith and storyteller was just beginning. Since then, I have ghostwritten thought leadership articles for business leaders, written SEO-optimized website copy, crafted silly video scripts, and developed research-heavy ebooks and white papers to support B2B marketing efforts.

Through these projects, I have learned and written about trucking regulations, sheet metal fabrication, real estate, developmental optometry, higher education, and franchising, among many, many other things. I’ve even become an expert in a few of these topics (I’m looking at you, trucking industry).

All of this knowledge makes me a great trivia partner. But more importantly for you? It makes me a great content partner

When you work with me, you get a freelance writer and content strategist who truly cares about your business and will take the time to dive into the nitty-gritty details of your company, your industry, and your target audience. Together, we’ll uncover untold story ideas, discover new truths, and craft content that has an impact.

Ready to get started? I know I am.

On a Personal Note

When I’m not in the office, you can find me running, reading a book, attempting to be crafty, or traveling with my family.

I’m a voracious learner, so whether I’m training for a race or folding laundry, you’ll almost always find me tuned in to a podcast or audiobook. And while I love a good true-crime story, I’m also enjoying the growing number of content marketing shows that have popped up in the last few years. The industry is evolving quickly, and I find these interview-based podcasts a great way to learn from my colleagues in the B2B space.

Despite my affinity for warm weather, I reside in an often-too-chilly suburb of Hartford, Connecticut, with my husband, our three teenagers, and a spirited golden retriever.
